SOTD...



To celebrate the news of a new Gloria Estefan album coming out in September, here is a look back at one of her earliest singles after she made it big back in the mid 80s.

"Falling In Love (Uh-oh)" was the fourth US hit for Gloria and the Miami Sound Machine. Released in 1986 as the fourth and final single from the hit album Primitive Love, the song peaked at #25 in the States. It may no be one of her biggest (or most remembered) hits but I really like this one...

I also tend to prefer her more upbeat stuff from the 80s, although she has released a lot of good ballads too.
