Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary took to his twitter yesterday to answer fan questions.
The most exciting news: "Madonna goes into the recording studio next month to begin work on new album... She has a good idea on which producers she will be working with..."
Oseary also addressed the recent leaks (mostly tour demos and insturmentals - such as the acoustic version of "Open Your Heart", posted here a couple of days ago) by saying "i dont know who all the leaks are coming from... if anyone wants to tell me the source, i would appreciate it.. :)".
He also mentioned he met with Warner Bros to talk about the release of the back catalog concerts on dvd. As of now it seems there is no deal yet: "Lots of questions about dvd's... At some point i will work with warners music to organize and collaborate on these projects.. no plan yet.. " he said. adding "I met with Warner about that very subject.. but nothing has come of it..."

Yes yes yes, it is time for some new Madonna music!!!! There has been no date announced for the "Inside Actors", but I would guess maybe around August/September..."W.E." is supposed to debut at the Venice film Festival in september - the Weinstein company will hadle the film in the States, but no release date has been announced yet.
As it turns out, according to a spokesperson from the Bravo Channel, Madonna will NOT be apperaing on the show :(
This announcement leaves so many questions unanswered! I can't wait to see who will produce this, and can only hope it is more "Confessions On A Dancefloor" than "Sticky'n'Sweet"... Jx
I agree 100%! "Confessions" is one of her best albums, while "Hard Candy" is (IMO) amongst her weakest.
"Hard Candy" was a record she had to do to finsih her contract with Warner, so I guess it's no wonder it sounds like she's not completely into it. She has said in the last couple of months that she is really in the mood to make new music, so I expect a brilliant album once again from the true queen!
